The Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(4) of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966(1) (“the Act”), has made the Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 (“the Regulations”) which are set out in the Schedule to this Order.
By virtue of section 25(1) of the Act, the Regulations do not have effect unless approved by order of the Privy Council.
Their Lordships make this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(1) of the Act.
