The Scotland Act 2016, Wales Act 2017 and Onshore Petroleum (Consequential, Transitional and Saving Provisions and Model Clauses) Regulations 2018

The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1B), (2) and (3) of the Petroleum Act 19981, sections 49(1) and (3) and 71(1), (2), (5) and (6) of the Scotland Act 20162, and sections 24(1), (2) and (4), 69(2), (3), (4) and (5) and 70(2), (3), (4) and (7) of the Wales Act 20173 and having consulted the Oil and Gas Authority in accordance with section 4(3ZA) of the Petroleum Act 1998, makes the following Regulations.
