In Schedule 22 to the Equality Act 201025 (statutory provisions), after paragraph 3(6)(c) (educational appointments, etc: religious belief), insert—

a registered higher education provider of a description prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of section 39(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017;
