The Schedule to the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Default Scheme) (England) Regulations 201255 (Council Tax Reduction Scheme (Default Scheme) 2013) is amended as follows.

In Part 11 (students), in paragraph 73(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “access funds”, in paragraph (a), after “1992”, insert “or section 74 of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017”.
