PART 1 Amendments of the Road Traffic Act 1988

10.—(1) Section 147 (issue of certificates of insurance and of security)(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, omit “and of security”.

(3) Omit subsection (2).

(4) In subsection (3), omit “or (2)”.
