Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 19969

The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 19968 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 7 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings), after paragraph 78 insert—

Any funeral expense assistance given in accordance with section 34 of the Social Security (Scotland) Act 2018.

In Schedule 8 (capital to be disregarded), after paragraph 68 insert—
