Amendment of Article 13106.

In Article 13—

(a)

in paragraph 1—

(i)

for “Member States” in both places where it occurs substitute “the competent authority”;

(ii)

in the first subparagraph omit “, without prejudice to Article 12(3)”;

(iii)

in the second subparagraph omit “, based on the templates and guidelines published by the Commission”;

(b)

in paragraph (2) for “Member States” substitute “the competent authority”.
