11. In regulation 22—
(a)in paragraph (1), at the beginning insert “Subject to paragraph (1A),”;
(b)after paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) Paragraph (1) does not apply on or after exit day.”;
(c)in paragraph (6)(b), after “effect” insert “on or after exit day, or if earlier,”.
