(a)in paragraph (1), after “scheme year” insert “up to and including the scheme year 2017”;
(b)in paragraph (4)(a)(i), omit “where the non-compliance year is any scheme year beginning with 2013 and ending with 2023,”;
(c)omit paragraph (4)(a)(ii).
