Amendment of Schedule 6

56.  In Schedule 6 in paragraph 1A —

(a) omit “Subject to sub-paragraph (2),”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (1)(c), omit “or”;

(c) at the end of sub-paragraph (1)(d), insert “; or”;

(d) after sub-paragraph (1)(d) insert—

“(e) on or after exit day.”;

(e) omit sub-paragraph (2).
