Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(7) and 24(1) of the Private Security Industry Act 20011.
In accordance with section 24(4) of that Act the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers, the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland and the Security Industry Authority.
