Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Children and Social Work Act 2017 (Consequential Amendments) (Social Workers) Regulations 2019 and come into force on the date on which section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017 comes into force(1).
Consequential amendments
2. The following have effect—
(a)Schedule 1, which makes consequential amendments to Orders of Council made under the Health Professions Order 2001(2),
(b)Schedule 2, which makes amendments consequential on the renaming of the Health Professions Order 2001,
(c)Schedule 3, which makes amendments consequential on the transfer of functions in relation to social workers(3).
