27. In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2009(1), in the following definitions, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”—
(a)“paramedic independent prescriber”, in paragraph (a),
(b)“physiotherapist independent prescriber”,
(c)“podiatrist or chiropodist independent prescriber”,
(d)“supplementary prescriber”, in paragraph (d),
(e)“therapeutic radiographer independent prescriber”, in paragraph (a).
