31. In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013(1), in the following definitions, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”—
(a)“chiropodist or podiatrist independent prescriber”,
(b)“paramedic independent prescriber”, in paragraph (a),
(c)“physiotherapist independent prescriber”,
(d)“supplementary prescriber”, in paragraph (b)(i),
(e)“therapeutic radiographer independent prescriber”, in paragraph (a).
