39. In the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2018(1)—
(a)in regulation 3(1) (interpretation), in the following definitions, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”—
(i)“paramedic independent prescriber”,
(ii)“physiotherapist independent prescriber”,
(iii)“podiatrist or chiropodist independent prescriber”,
(iv)“relevant register”, in paragraph (c),
(v)“supplementary prescriber”, in paragraph (d),
(vi)“therapeutic radiographer independent prescriber”, in paragraph (a),
(b)in entry 6 in the table in Schedule 4 (list of prescribed medical certificates), in paragraph (h), in the third column, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001 for the time being extends, other than social worker” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001 for the time being extends”,
(c)in paragraph 76(4) of Schedule 6 (provision of information to a medical officer etc.), in both of paragraphs (c) and (d), for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”.
