10. In the Adoption Agencies Regulations 2005(1)—
(a)in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “social worker” for “Part 16 of the register maintained by the Health and Care Professions Council under article 5 of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “the register of social workers in England maintained under section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017”,
(b)in regulation 37(2) (independent reviewing officers), for “Part 16 of the register maintained by the Health and Care Professions Council under article 5 of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “the register of social workers in England maintained under section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017”.
