16. In paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 1 (additional requirements for applications on grounds of severe sight-impairment or other disability) to the National Assembly for Wales (Representation of the People) Order 2007(1)—
(a)omit “or” after paragraph (m),
(b)after paragraph (n) insert—
“; or
(o)a person registered in the register of social workers in England maintained under section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017”.
