Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010

22.  In regulation 46(1) (independent reviewing officers) of the Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010(1), for “Part 16 of the register maintained by the Health and Care Professions Council under article 5 of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “the register of social workers in England maintained under section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017”.
