27. In the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011(1)—
(a)in regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in paragraph (d) of the definition of “pre-registration course”, for “the Health and Care Professions Council” substitute “Social Work England”,
(b)in regulation 159(4)(a)(v) (eligible postgraduate students), after “section 67(4)(a) of the Care Standards Act 2000” insert “, or under section 46 of the Children and Social Work Act 2017,”.
