SCHEDULE 3 Amendments consequential on the transfer of functions in relation to social workers

30.  In regulation 98(4) (victims of domestic violence) of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013(1), in the definition of “registered social worker”, for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) Social Work England;”.
