SCHEDULE 3 Amendments consequential on the transfer of functions in relation to social workers

Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2013

32.  In regulation 49(5) (victims of domestic violence) of the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2013(1), in the definition of “registered social worker”, for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) Social Work England;”.
