34. In the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014(1), in regulation 2(1) (interpretation)—
(a)in the definition of “the 2001 Order”, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”,
(b)in the definition of “social worker”, for “Part 16 of the register maintained by the Health and Care Professions Council under article 5 of the 2001 Order” substitute “the register of social workers in England maintained under section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017”.
