46.—(1) The Fostering Panels (Establishment and Functions) (Wales) Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In the English language text, in regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “social worker”, for “Part 16 of the register maintained by the Health and Care Professions Council under article 5 of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “the register of social workers in England maintained under section 39(1) of the Children and Social Work Act 2017”.
(3) In the Welsh language text of those Regulations (Rheoliadau Paneli Maethu (Sefydlu a Swyddogaethau) (Cymru) 2018), in regulation 2 (dehongli), in the definition of “gweithiwr cymdeithasol”, for “Rhan 16 o’r gofrestr a gynhelir gan y Cyngor Proffesiynau Iechyd a Gofal o dan erthygl 5 o Orchymyn Proffesiynau Iechyd a Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2001” substitute “y gofrestr o weithwyr cymdeithasol yn Lloegr a gynhelir o dan adran 39(1) o Ddeddf Plant a Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2017”.
