8.  In regulation 346 (amendment of Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012)—

(a) for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2) In paragraph 3, for the words from “national law” to the end substitute “ Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.”;

(b) for paragraph (3) substitute—

“(3) In paragraph 4, for the words from “national law” to the end substitute “ Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.”.
