Amendment of regulation 64 (modifications of Part 2 of the Defence Reform Act 2014)

20.  In regulation 64, after paragraph (5), insert—

“(5A) Section 21(1) has effect as if for “the Secretary of State” there were substituted “the contracting authority””.
