24.—(1) Regulation 14 of the Single Source Contract (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (b), for “18(3)(a)” substitute “18(3)”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (c), after “19(3)(a)” insert “and (b)”.
