8.—(1) The Plant Breeders' Rights (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 6, for “regulation 5(2)” substitute “ regulation 3(2) ”.

(4) In regulations 11 and 12—

(a) in the heading, after “regulation 10”, insert “ (1) and (2) ”;

(b) in paragraph (1)—

(ii) for “regulation 10” substitute “ regulation 10(1) ”.
