59.—(1) Article 325bf (regulatory back-testing requirements and multiplication factors) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 9—

(a) for “EBA shall develop draft regulatory” substitute “ The FCA and PRA may each make ”;

(b) omit the words from “EBA shall submit” to the end.
