The Prospectus (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Section 73 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. 73. In Annex 9 to the EEA agreement, in point 29bd, omit paragraphs (a), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k) and (l).
