Numbered works 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the authorised development must not commence until, for that numbered work, a written surface water management plan has been submitted and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority. The surface water management plan must be in substantial accordance with the principles set out in the outline surface water management plan.

The surface water management plan must be implemented in accordance with the approved details.
