Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and (2)(b), (f) and (h) and 7(2) of the Healthcare (European Economic Area and Switzerland Arrangements) Act 2019 M1.
In accordance with section 5(1) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers, the Welsh Ministers and the Department of Health in Northern Ireland before making these Regulations.
