PART 2 U.K. Amendments to the Excise Goods (Holding, Movement and Duty Point) Regulations 2010

10.—(1) Regulation 7 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a)(i) for “regulation 35(a)” substitute “ regulation 37(a) ”;

(b) omit sub-paragraphs (c), (d) and (f);

(c) in sub-paragraph (g)(i) for “regulation 35(a)” substitute “ regulation 37(a) ”; and

(d) in sub-paragraph (h) omit “, in the United Kingdom”.

(3) Omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
