10.—(1) Regulation 7 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a)(i) for “regulation 35(a)” substitute “ regulation 37(a) ”;
(b)omit sub-paragraphs (c), (d) and (f);
(c)in sub-paragraph (g)(i) for “regulation 35(a)” substitute “ regulation 37(a) ”; and
(d)in sub-paragraph (h) omit “, in the United Kingdom”.
(3) Omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
