Amendments to Part 2

12.—(1) Regulation 9 is amended as follows—

(2) In the introductory wording to paragraph (1) omit “in the United Kingdom”.

(3) In paragraph (1)(b)(i) omit “in the United Kingdom”.

(4) Omit paragraph (3).
