The Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 200615 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 6 (capital to be disregarded), at the end of paragraph 21(2) add—

maternity allowance under section 35 of the Act16 (state maternity allowance for employed or self-employed earner).
