[X1 Amendment of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 U.K.

2.   In regulation 26 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 , in the new section 15C(2)(c) to be inserted into the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 M2 (jurisdiction in relation to individual contracts of employment)—

(a) after “any one part of the United Kingdom” insert “ or any one overseas country ”;

(b) after “employee is” insert “ or was ”.]
