These Regulations may be cited as the Common Organisation of the Markets in Agricultural Products (Producer Organisations and Wine) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

Parts 1 and 4 come into force immediately before exit day.

Parts 2, 3 and 5 come into force on exit day.
