The Wharves and Temporary Storage Facilities (Approval Condition and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3 (transitional provision for wharves and temporary storage facilities) revoke paragraphs (4) and (5).
