The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the landscape and ecological management plan. The management plan may be subject to alteration by agreement in writing by the relevant planning authority.

The ongoing management and maintenance of the green infrastructure (as described in the landscape and ecological management plan) following its completion must be agreed in writing with the relevant planning authority prior to the occupation of any warehouse, such management and maintenance must be in accordance with the principles set out in the landscape and ecological management plan and must be carried out as approved.

Any ecological works carried out under the landscape and ecological management plan must be supervised by a suitably qualified person or body.
