The highway works must be carried out in accordance with details first submitted to and approved by the relevant body in accordance with the provisions of Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 13 (protective provisions).

The height of fencing along the Roade bypass (Works No. 13) is to be in accordance with Figure 8.6 of Chapter 8 of the environmental statement.
