Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001

7.  In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001(1), omit regulation 12B (electronic commerce).
