4. In rule 57A (payment of money in bank or building society account in satisfaction of confiscation order), in paragraph (4), for “rule—” to the end substitute “rule, “confiscation order” has the meaning given to it by section 88(6) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002(1).”.
