27. Paragraph 49(4) of Schedule B1(1) is to be read as if—
(a)at the end of paragraph (b) “and” were omitted;
(b)at the end of paragraph (c) “, and” were inserted; and
(c)after paragraph (c), there were inserted—
“(d)the appropriate national authority.”.
