Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) (England) Regulations 200838
Regulation 4 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) (England) Regulations 200844 is to be read as if—
a
in paragraphs (k) and (l) the reference to “company” included a reference to a statutory corporation; and
b
for paragraph (l), there were substituted—
l
whose owner is a company—
i
in administration within the meaning of paragraph 1 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986,
ii
subject to an education administration order within the meaning of section 17 of the Technical and Higher Education Act 2017, or
iii
subject to an administration order made under the former administration provisions within the meaning of article 3 of the Enterprise Act 2002 (Commencement No 4 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2003;
