10. In Article 62(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy M1, for the words from “which” to “laying down” substitute “ , the Secretary of State may make regulations setting out ”.
