5.—(1) The Common Organisation of the Markets in Agricultural Products Framework (Miscellaneous Amendments, etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4(b), in the inserted text, in point (c)(ii)(aa), for “Annex X” substitute “ Annexes 4 and 10 ”.
