22.—(1) Regulation 113(1) (payment of fee loans) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3A)(a) and (b), after each reference to “the Further and Higher Education Act 1992”(2), insert “or sections 42 to 49 of the 2017 Act”.
Regulation 113 was amended by S.I. 2015/1951.
Section 76 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c. 13) was amended by the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (c. 22) Schedule 16 and the Further Education and Training Act 2007(c. 25) section 19.
