PART 2 AMENDMENT OF THE EDUCATION (STUDENT SUPPORT) REGULATIONS 2011

Amendment of regulation 155

28.—(1) Regulation 155(1) (payment of loans for fees) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (3A)(a) and (b), after each reference to “the Further and Higher Education Act 1992”(2), insert “or sections 42 to 49 of the 2017 Act”.

Regulation 155 was amended by S.I. 2018/472. Paragraph (3A) of regulation 155 was inserted by S.I. 2015/1951 reg. 51.

Section 76 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (c.13) was amended by the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (c.22) Schedule 16, and the Further Education and Training Act 2007 (c.25) section 19. See regulation 22.
