Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund is amended as follows.

In Article 12, omit the second paragraph M1.

In Article 38(4)(b)(iii), in the second indent, omit “of a Member State at national or regional level”.

For Article 46(3) substitute—

The appropriate authority may make regulations in relation to rural development setting out the models to be used when reporting on financial instruments to the monitoring committee.
