Amendment of the Poultrymeat (England) Regulations 2011 U.K.

17.—(1) The Poultrymeat (England) Regulations 2011 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1), after the definition of “Single CMO Regulation” insert—

““third country” means any country or territory other than—

(a) the United Kingdom,

(b) the Bailiwick of Guernsey,

(c) the Bailiwick of Jersey, or

(d) the Isle of Man.”.

(3) For regulation 11(2) substitute—

“(2) The authorised [F1 officer] may be accompanied by such other person as the authorised [F1 officer] considers necessary.”.

(4) In regulation 12—

(a) in paragraph (9)(a) for “European Union” substitute “ British Islands ”;

(b) omit paragraph (12).
